Targeted vibrational therapy of Acutonics® tuning forks, applied to acupuncture points and off-body, combined with the gentle energy of Reiki to remove blocks, get energy flowing, and help your body and mind heal itself. Singing bowls and gongs are often used at times during the session as well. After a brief intake to understand your intention(s), we begin with sound therapy and then move to Reiki to deepen the treatment. Reiki often soothes the energy field and relaxes the body and mind for deeper absorption of the sound therapy, enhancing the overall treatment.

The most important thing you can do to prepare for a session is to have clear intention(s) for the outcome(s) of the session. How do you want to feel at the end of the session? What changes in your body, mind, or spirit do you want to see or feel? What questions do you want answers to? Attention + intention = manifestation so the clearer you be about what you would like and how you feel the more powerful the outcomes! Also come ready to answer questions in a transparent way. The more information you can give me, the more I can help you. All information is good information; there are no judgements in this space.

Please set aside at least 90 minutes for your appointment time. This will include your arrival, a short intake, the session itself, and feedback about the session once it’s complete.
The session is done with clothes on. Please dress comfortably, preferably not in tight or thick clothing.
I will adjust the temperature of the room to your needs, so please let me know if you need it to be warmer or cooler.
During the session itself, you will hear me activate the tuning forks (thwack, thwack), and then I will either place them onto your body on the designated acupuncture points or use them off your body in your field.
Singing bowls and gongs are often used at times as well during the session.
If you feel really relaxed and sleepy, just go with it and let yourself fully relax. The more relaxed you are, the easier the energy moves and releases.
When the session is completed, there is usually time to wake up gently and talk about your experience.

Distance sessions take place in three parts: Intake, Treatment, Summary.
At a specified time with both parties on Zoom or via phone, we will take 15-30 minutes so I can understand your needs and what you want to accomplish.
After the intake, you will leave the Zoom or call and I will complete the treatement. During the treatment, it’s best if you are in a peaceful and restful state of mind and not driving or operating any heavy machinery.
After the session is complete we will meet again to review the treatment and answer any questions you might have. We can do this by phone or rejoining the original Zoom. We will agree to this during intake.
All Zoom links and/or phone numbers will be provided in an seperate email after you book the appointment.

Think Acupuncture without the needles. A sound wave is used on the acupuncture point instead of a needle!
Acutonics is a non-invasive, highly effective sound treatment modality that is integrative with all other types of medicine. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), it uses the acupuncture points, meridians & extraordinary vessels to promote health, balance & well being.
State of the art, highly calibrated tuning forks are placed on the acupuncture points to reach the energy meridians running throughout the body via a sound wave. The human body is made up of 60 - 70% water, and sound waves move even more efficiently through water than air. So, that means the sound wave coming into the body via the acupuncture point is moving very effectively through the energy meridians & extraordinary vessels.
Acutonics is useful for any issue that’s going on with your body. Clinically proven to reduce pain & inflammation, calms the Central Nervous System, improve sleep, reduce stress, anxiety & PTSD symptoms, reduce bruising, swelling & edema, etc. Just to name a few.
But, more importantly, this modality considers the person as a whole, and takes into account the body, mind & spirit. This approach reaches the bodily issue at a much deeper level, with excellent result. It’s also highly effective at helping people move through things that are affecting the mind & spirit, such as trauma, grief, stepping into a new phase of life, attracting abundance, bringing in happiness & joy, etc.

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a gentle, hands-on energy treatment practice that promotes deep relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. Originating in Japan, Reiki works by channeling universal life force energy to support the body’s natural ability to heal—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
During a Reiki session, you remain fully clothed while the practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above your body in a series of soothing positions. Many people experience a sense of peace, warmth, or subtle energy shifts during the session. Others may feel emotional release, insight, or relief from pain and tension.
Reiki is safe, non-invasive, and complementary to all other medical, therapeutic, or wellness techniques. It’s used around the world in wellness centers, hospitals, and private practices to help reduce anxiety, support recovery, and restore inner balance.

No. These sessions are not a substitute for professional physical or mental health care. However, these sessions can be complimentary to the work you do with your professional medical team.

OM is considered the primordial sound—the vibration from which the entire universe emanated. It is said that all matter and energy emerged from this sound. OM is seen as the sound signature of the animating energy that sustains all living beings —the subtle bridge between form and formlessness.
OM acts like a tuning for that resonates with our lifeforce, clearing blockages and allowing our lifeforce to flow more freely. Because I use sound and frequency as the foundation for my work, I wanted to anchor my practice in the vibrational expression of the divine life force itself.
